We are not responsible lost/stolen items once delivered by mail carrier, or damaged goods caused by USPS/UPS. Orders are properly secured in bubble wrap and a bubble mailer/box. Automatic emails are sent once label is created. If your packages return from USPS/UPS to sender due to incorrect, customer is responsible for new shipping fees.
